- We contact owners on the same day the assignment is received, where possible.
- In urban areas, the vehicle is appraised within 1 business day of the assignment.
- In rural areas, the vehicle is appraised within 3 business days of the assignment.
- Vehicles are professionally appraised following industry, insurer, and manufacturer repair guidelines.
